Shawna Sowah is a photographer who is highly inspired by cinema. ​

She takes inspiration from Photographers such as Petra Collins, Glen Luchford, Cindy Sherman and Nadia Lee Cohen. Furthermore, she has delved into the themes of Fashion Photography by being a student at the University of Creative Arts- Rochester.

Sowah has also attended Cannes Film Festival and British Film Festival to expand her knowledge in Photography and Directing. She has delved into the film industry by being a Unit Still Photographer and an assistant on set.
